- Report on the Economics of Climate Change by distinguished British economist Sir Nicholas Stern. Sir Nicholas is Head of the Government Economics Service and Adviser to the Government on the economics of climate change and development. The report was released on 30th October, 2006 and claims that the world has to act now on climate change or face devastating economic consequences.
