The Directory of Decisions aims to list the Courts, Tribunals, Statutory Authorities, and other such bodies in New Zealand which make legal or quasi-legal decisions and reports. It provides, or links to, brief information on their jurisdiction; governing legislation; administering bodies; contact details; the availability of reported (published) and unreported (unpublished) decisions; information on indexes to the decisions; and library holdings of decisions. The Employment Cases Summary provides an indexed list of legal cases involving employment matters, headnotes, and a monthly editorial. Previously, the Employment Cases Summary was only available via paid subscription, but now it is freely accessible for download in PDF format.
* Judicial Decisions of Public Interest
Decisions of particular public interest are published on the Judicial Decisions of Public Interest Website as soon as possible after they are given.

Search Court of Appeal, High Court and Supreme Courts cases. Court of Appeal decisions are available dated back to January 2003 and High Court decisions are available dated back to August 2005. All Supreme Court delivered decisions are available.
