The Bauhaus-Archiv Museum of Design Berlin- Founded in 1960, and housed in a building designed by Walter Gropius in Berlin. Contains brief essays discussing their work in the different plastic arts, including architecture, photography, and art.

Hamburger Bahnhof Berlin- Berlin's Museum for the Present opened in the former railway station, Hamburger Bahnhof, in November 1996. This gave the Nationalgalerie not only the first permanent home for its collection of contemporary art but also a venue for innovative exhibitions and events.
