Summertime Reading Club
This very popular summer activity starts again on 16 December and runs to 20 January 2012. Simply read six books of your choice — fiction or non-fiction — and get an adult to register your reading online. The first 500 entries get a prize pack. You also go in the draw for more prizes and an iPod Touch©.
Ready for Reading?
Is your child turning four? Help prepare them for school by picking up a Ready for Reading pack from your library and working through it with them.
Holiday programmes for kids
Christchurch Learning Centres offer a variety of accessible, safe and affordable activities for children during their school holidays. Our programmes run city wide and are aimed at children between the ages of five and 15 years.
