We have a regular big book sale of cancelled library stock.

2012 book sale
The 2012 book sale will be held at The Pioneer Recreation and Sport Centre.
There will be plenty of parking and it’s on the Orbiter bus route.
Friends of the Library have an opportunity to buy at library book sale previews.
- Friday 17 February 2012 9am - 7pm
- Saturday 18 February 2012 9am - 4pm
Pay by EFT-POS or cash only — no credit cards or cheques.
- Most adults’ books are $3 (except for selected premium art, landscape and gardening books, and most New Zealand books, which are at marked prices)
- Young adults’ and children’s books are $1 for hardbacks and 50¢ for paperbacks
- Magazines are 10 for $1
- Audio-visual items such as DVDs, CDs, tapes, talking books etc are $2
The Landscape Art Group will be exhibiting at the book sale. All items in their exhibition (around seventy framed items as well as unframed items) will be on sale, starting from $20 to around $200.
