This page lists ways we can help you if you are having trouble using the Source, and known issues.
Known issues
- Can't connect or log in?
- You can not connect directly to any product in the Source without first entering library card number and PIN. Contact us if you need a PIN for your card.
- Cookies
- Internet cookies need to be enabled to use the Source. Find out how to enable cookies on your computer.
- JavaScript
- Some websites and some features of some websites in the Source may require JavaScript in order to function.
- Browsers
- Some websites in the Source may not work so well in some older browsers. If at all possible keep your browser up to date.

- If you are using your computer at home then please contact us.
- if you are using your computer at work, check with your IT department or IT person to see if you have any issues that may prevent connection. If you do, ask your IT person to email us at LibraryIT@ccc.govt.nz.
