We are available to take your call on +64 3 941 7923:

• Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 9am to 5pm

We are available to check and update your account, place holds, and answer questions about library services within minutes. We can also search the library collections and other information resources, and answer general enquiries for information.

All calls made to our libraries go directly to the dedicated telephone service. This ensures that your call is given priority, allowing other colleagues to provide service to walk-in customers. The telephone service is staffed by an experienced team of librarians.
