Annual reports

What are they?

All companies that are listed on the NZSX or the NZAX are required to produce annual report. They contain the following information:

• Company history
• Contact details
• Financials / share price
• Management / Board of directors
• Product or service information (basic only)

Websites

• Most annual reports are available on company websites.

The Central Library has annual reports for:

• Companies in the NZSX 50
• Companies on NZSX and based in Christchurch

All annual reports are kept for at least ten years.
