Kia Ora sticker for Maori Language Week 2004

This badge was used to promote the new library website launched in April 2001.

When we released our new web based Catalogue interface (DRA Web2) we used these badges to encourage customers to ask for help and to raise interest.

We used this badge during our campaign to gather customer's email adresses and allocate PINs.

Email addresses mean that we can send reserve notifications to customers by email thus saving postage and printing and often reaching the customer quicker.

Customers' use their PINs to reserve books for themselves and also to access Premium Databases from outside our libraries.
