Upper Riccarton Community and School Library
Official Opening Ceremony and Community Gala

Mayor Garry Moore, on behalf of the Christchurch City Council and
Riccarton High School, cordially invites you to attend the official opening of your new Library, the Upper Riccarton Community and School Library.

11.30am - 12pm

Official Opening Ceremony - the Library will be opened by Mayor Garry Moore on behalf of Christchurch City Council and Riccarton High School.

12pm - 3pm

Community festival including stalls, bouncy castle, face painters, live performers on stage. Bring your library card with you - the Library (and Red Café) will be open until 4.00pm
